  I hired WM Sprinkling to Hydro Seed my back yard in April. My concern was what their policy was in the event it washed out due to a rain storm. I was assured by the sales rep (Doug) that they stand by their business and would return if that happened. Sure enough, 2 days after it was applied a 3 day rain happened and my back yard was under water. I contacted Doug and he assured me they would take care of it. After 2 weeks they never showed up so I began to call weekly. Each time Doug would tell me they would be there Friday or Saturday, but every week they would not show up. A full month went by with still no action but Doug kept promising they would be there. After 6 weeks Doug told me I needed to send pictures of the areas that were not growing and he would take care of it. I sent the pictures and never heard back from Doug again.
  
  It is now been 3 months, half of my yard looks great, it is where all the seed washed to. The other half is full of nothing but weeds and crabgrass, like no seed has been planted.
  
  The experience has been terrible. I felt lied to and was just being told something over the phone to appease me. I don't think they ever had intention on dealing with my issue.
  
  If you hire this company go into it knowing you can't go by what they TELL you because it means nothing.
